Russian attack on Ukraine

In recent days, Kharkiv and four localities in the Kharkiv region have been the targets of intense Russian attacks. These assaults resulted in a 47-year-old man's death and injuries to 48 people. Various weaponry, including aerial bombs and drones, was used in these attacks.

Over the past 24 hours, Russian strikes on Kharkiv and four other locations in the northeastern Kharkiv region have left one person dead and 48 injured, according to a Saturday morning report by Oleh Syniehubov, head of the regional administration.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that Russia is targeting residential areas, causing tragedies among civilians. "Right now, Russia is yet again attacking Ukraine. Kharkiv has been hit by dozens of 'Shahed' drones. (...) Russia is striking residential areas precisely when Ukrainians are at home, when they are putting their children to bed," Zelensky noted.
