Of course there is nothing strange about this, because not only does such a brew warm up effectively, but it is also a nice addition to a warm blanket and a good book on long autumn evenings. Do you agree with me?

However, this is not the end. It turns out that tea can also have a positive effect on our body's functions. You just need to know which type to choose. 

And today, I would like to focus on a specific variety. Pu-erh tea, as it is about it, hides a huge health potential. First of all, it has a very good effect on the digestion process. Thus, you don't have to worry about constipation or bloating. What's more, this type of tea also helps lowering cholesterol level in the blood, as well as effectively dealing with infections and is believed to prevent the development of cancer cells.

It is also worth adding that red tea is attributed with slimming properties. Allegedly, it also helps in stressful situations, thanks to which you can effectively relax and calm down.

When to drink red tea?

Given that pu-erh tea aids digestion, it's worth drinking it especially after meals. Thanks to it, you won't fear feelings of heaviness after lunch, and as we know, that's anything but pleasant. Of course, as in every area of life, here too it's important to remember about exercising caution and moderation. You should not overdo the amount of tea consumed in either direction.

Why is it still worth drinking tea after a meal? Well, very often after eating, we suddenly become sleepy and have neither the energy nor the desire for any activity. Red tea effectively stimulates action, so if you have trouble mobilizing after lunch, it's worth drinking the heroine of today's article.
