The spokesperson reiterated the belief that the United States is not alone in providing "intensive" assistance to Kyiv.

Patel also emphasized the need for the U.S. Congress to enact necessary measures as quickly as possible for further arms shipments to Ukraine. Nonetheless, he underscored that "there is no magical pool of money" that the Biden administration could utilize without allocating additional funds.

"Hungary is a significant NATO ally"

The spokesperson declined to comment on the Polish premier's suggestion that Hungary "subtly supports Russia", thereby betraying Europe.

"Hungary is a significant NATO ally," was all he stated.

"Poland will do everything within its capacity to enhance Ukraine's chances of victory and will also strive to assist in the EU accession process," stated Premier Donald Tusk in Kyiv on Monday. He declared that Poland has aligned with the G7's decision to support Ukraine.

"The fate of the free world is at stake here in Ukraine. This is the struggle of Ukraine, its independence, and territorial integrity against the Russian aggressor," stressed the head of government. "It is in Ukraine that the universal front between good and evil exists," he further emphasized.
