Ingredients:
Cupcakes:
- 1 cup of milk,
- 2 cups of wheat flour,
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder,
- 1/2 cup of sugar,
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar,
- 3 teaspoons of cocoa,
- 1 egg,
- 1/2 cup of oil.
Filling:
- 3.5 oz Nutella,
- 6 hazelnuts.
Chocolate Cream:
- 3.5 oz butter,
- 3.5 oz Nutella,
- Ferrero Rocher candies for decoration,
- 3.5 oz chopped hazelnuts for decoration.
Preparation:
Step 1. Start with the cupcakes. Combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cocoa.
Mix thoroughly with a whisk, then set aside.
Step 2. In another bowl, combine egg, milk, and oil. Once the mixture is uniform, add the sieved dry ingredients to make the batter lighter.
Step 3. Next, pour the batter into cupcake liners and slide into the oven, preheated to 392 degrees Fahrenheit, for 20 minutes.
Step 4. Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate cream. Fold together softened butter and Nutella using a mixer.
Step 5. When the cupcakes are baked, make a small hole in each. Keep the removed piece to replace later. Fill each hole with Nutella and a hazelnut, then cap with the piece of cake you saved.
Step 6. Decant the chocolate cream into a pastry bag and decorate the cupcakes.
Step 7. Add the finishing touches; decorate your creations with chopped hazelnuts and Ferrero Rocher candies, halved prior to application. There you go - bon appetit!
