Delicious apple crumble in 10 minutes - recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups of wheat flour,
  • 1 cup of sugar,
  • 3/4 cup of butter,
  • 1/2 cup of milk,
  • 2 large apples,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar with real vanilla,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • A pinch of salt.

Instructions:

  1. Cut the butter into small pieces and cream it with both sugars to create a fluffy texture. Gradually mix in one egg yolk at a time.
  2. Next, add the flour blended with baking powder, doing this in small increments. Continue beating the egg-butter mixture, pouring in the milk simultaneously.
  • Mix until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks and gently fold them into the mixture.
  • Next, pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper, pushing in peeled and sliced apples.
  • Bake the apple crumble for approximately 55 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. After this time, use a skewer to test if it's ready. If it isn't, leave it in the oven for a few more minutes.
  • Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and set it aside to cool.
  • Finally, dust the apple crumble with powdered sugar (drizzling it with chocolate sauce can be a nice touch), then serve with vanilla or cream ice cream. It also pairs well with whipped cream.
