Fit version of chocolate tart with raspberries — the recipe
Ingredients:
For the base:
- 5.6 oz of chocolate cookies,
- 3.5 oz of peanut butter,
- 1 oz (approximately 2 tablespoons) of honey.
For the cream:
- 13.5 fl oz of coconut milk,
- 7 oz of dark chocolate,
- 1.8 oz of vanilla protein supplement.
For the decoration:
- 8.8 oz of raspberries.
Instructions:
Step 1. Start the recipe by preparing the base. Blend the chocolate cookies. Then mix them with the peanut butter and honey. Transfer the resulting mix into a baking form to create the base.
Using a regular glass helps in this stage for a quick and easy preparation of a stable base.
Step 2. Proceed to prepare the cream. Combine the coconut milk and dark chocolate. Then, prepare the mixture in a water bath. Put a pot of water on the stove and place a bowl with the ingredients directly in it. Heat until they blend perfectly.
Finally, add the vanilla protein supplement to the thick and uniform mixture. Combine the ingredients at this stage, using a kitchen whip.
