Recipe for oven-baked pork chops

Preparing oven-baked pork chops is extremely simple, and the result surprises with its flavor and crunchiness. All you need is a few basic ingredients and the right technique to enjoy an excellent meal without deep frying.

Ingredients:

  • Pork chops, pork tenderloin, or chicken breast (any quantity),
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs,
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour,
  • Salt and pepper,
  • ½ cup of oil,
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika.

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven: Set the temperature to 430°F (conventional) or 390°F (fan-forced).
  2. Prepare the meat: Pound the pork chops into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Breading: Coat each piece of meat first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs to ensure the breading adheres well.
  4. Prepare for baking: Line the baking tray with parchment paper and place the chops in a single layer. Brush them with a mixture of oil and paprika to give them a golden color.
  5. Baking: Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes (pork) or 20 minutes (chicken or pork tenderloin), turning the chops over after 10 minutes.
  6. Check readiness: 5 minutes before the end of baking, check if the meat is well-cooked. If the breading is golden and crunchy and the meat inside is juicy, the oven-baked pork chops are ready to serve!
