- Chilli flakes, to taste
- 7 ounces of broccoli, separated into florets
- 2.5 fluid ounces of water
- 2 fluid ounces of soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 21 ounces of boneless chicken thighs, cubed
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
How to prepare:
- Mix the honey, ginger, water, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a pot. Warm over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chicken, and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, add the garlic, carrots, teriyaki sauce, and chili flakes. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Finally, add the broccoli and stir well.
