  4. Chilli flakes, to taste
  5. 7 ounces of broccoli, separated into florets
  6. 2.5 fluid ounces of water
  7. 2 fluid ounces of soy sauce
  8. 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
  9. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  10. 21 ounces of boneless chicken thighs, cubed
  11. Salt, to taste
  12. Pepper, to taste
  13. 2 cloves of garlic, minced
How to prepare:
  1. Mix the honey, ginger, water, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a pot. Warm over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chicken, and season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, add the garlic, carrots, teriyaki sauce, and chili flakes. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Finally, add the broccoli and stir well.
  3. Serve the dish in bowls. Enjoy it on its own or with a side of rice.
