Garlic not only contains valuable vitamins and mineral compounds but also allicin. This antioxidant is activated when we crush or press a garlic clove. Allicin helps to lower overly high levels of bad LDL cholesterol in the blood and carries anti-cancer properties. The mixture also includes lemon, which is rich in vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants.
Freshly squeezed lemon juice reduces the risk of developing atherosclerosis, heart attack, and stroke, eliminates free radicals, and slows the body's aging process. Another ingredient, ginger, like other components of the homemade mixture, lowers cholesterol, protects against heart disease, warms the body and stimulates blood circulation.
How to make the mixture that cleanses arteries of fat deposits?
Required ingredients:
- 0.52 gallons of water,
- 4 medium-sized lemons,
- 4 heads of garlic,
- 1 root or 2 teaspoons of powdered ginger.
Preparation method and dosage:
First, thoroughly wash the lemons under hot water, peel them, cut them into smaller pieces, and put them in a blender. After being pressed with a garlic press, add the ginger and crushed garlic cloves into the blender as well.
Blend the ingredients until you achieve a uniform consistency, then transfer the mixture to a pot, add water, and heat on the stove. Bring the liquid to a boil, then allow it to cool down.
Next, strain the mixture using a sieve, pour it into glass bottles, and refrigerate it. It is recommended to drink one glass of the mixture twice a day, at least two hours before eating a meal. The cleansing process should not exceed three weeks. After this period, take a week break.
