  • 1 and 2/3 cups of wheat flour
  • 2/3 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Spice mix
  • About 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 egg

Here are the detailed preparation steps:

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and add the spice mix, baking powder, powdered sugar, and cold butter. Chop all the ingredients with a knife, then add the egg and knead the mixture.
  2. Wrap the dough in foil and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. After it has chilled, roll out the dough and proceed to cut out shapes. Optimal use of cookie cutters with a Christmas design will add a festive touch.
  4. Bake the Christmas cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes.
  5. Once baked, you can decorate the cookies with icing or a chocolate glaze. Feel free to include edible decorations, like sugared balls or sprinkles. Not only will your Christmas cookies taste amazing, but they'll look impressive too.
