Despite his advanced age - especially in sports - Ronaldo consistently showcases a remarkable physique that would make younger footballers green with envy. It's common knowledge that this living legend is a workaholic, and his impressive form undeniably results from countless hours of toiling in the gym.

Of equal importance is a well-formulated diet, which assists him in maintaining his magnificent figure. In an interview with "Food Chemistry Advances," Ronaldo's long-lasting chef, Giorgio Barone, listed the components of his diet. Fascinatingly, he highlighted that the diet comprises reasonably priced items accessible to most.

Barone underscores that the Portuguese genius's menu primarily consists of chicken, fish, shellfish, eggs, and beef. All these elements are sources of high-quality biological protein. Black rice also plays a pivotal role.

This contributes significantly to the health of his bloodstream and mitigates digestive problems, systemic inflammatory conditions, and curbs obesity."

Avocados are the primary source of fats in the 39-year-old's diet. Barone also emphasized incorporating coconut oil in the meals he crafts for Ronaldo. Conversely, dishes that contain simple sugars, refined carbohydrates, and trans fats are noticeably absent from Ronaldo's diet.

Ronaldo is notable for his disciplined approach to consuming the meals explicitly prepared for him. Barone unfolds that the Portuguese ace eats six meals a day, timed to be eaten approximately every four hours.

Ronaldo's phenomenal physical condition is reflected on the soccer field. This season, he has participated in 26 Arabian Al-Nasrr matches in all competitions, scoring 25 goals and contributing 11 assists. With a tally of 54 goals for the club and the national team, he has earned the title of the world's top scorer in 2023.
