Ingredients:          

  • 1 rice paper
  • Half a hothouse cucumber
  • 5 oz cooked and peeled shrimp
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • Juice of half a lime

Additions:

  • Sesame seeds
  • Extra avocado
  • Chili pepper

Preparation Method:

Step 1: Cut the rice paper into smaller triangles with scissors. Drop them into hot oil and fry until they become white and crispy chips.

Step 2: Finely dice the cucumber, cooked shrimp, and avocado, then transfer them to a large bowl.
