Chicken strips are a party classic that almost everyone eagerly reaches for. My version has five different flavors, so everyone will find their favorite among the meat bites. The meat is juicy and not fatty because the strips are baked in the oven.

Chicken strips are prepared with five delicious chip coatings. Each coating has a flavor, so the snack board is never boring or routine.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 14 ounces of buttermilk
  • 20 pieces of chicken tenderloins

Coating:

  • 3.5 ounces of ridged chips - paprika
  • 3.5 ounces of ridged chips - kebab
  • 3.5 ounces of ridged chips - onion
  • 3.5 ounces of ridged chips - chili
  • 3.5 ounces of ridged chips - cheese

Instructions:

Step 1: Crack the eggs in a bowl. Add the flour, salt, pepper, and buttermilk, and mix until a smooth and uniform batter forms. Add the chicken tenderloins and mix to coat the meat well with the batter.

Step 2: Crush all the chips and place them in separate bowls. You can easily do this by putting the chips in a zip-lock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Dip the chicken pieces in the coatings so they are well covered with the chips.

Step 3: Place the chicken strips on a rack. Bake them in an oven preheated to 392°F for 15 minutes. Transfer the strips to a board, decorate with chopped parsley, and serve with your favorite dip. Enjoy your meal!
