Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream (about 30% fat)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons gelatin
Cranberry Sauce:
- 5 oz fresh cranberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Decoration:
- rosemary
- fresh cranberries coated in sugar
Preparation Method:
Step 1. Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan. Add milk and sugar, and mix while heating. Finally, add the vanilla extract.
Step 2. Dissolve the gelatin in water and let it swell. Then add it to the cream mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into bowls and refrigerate for 3 hours until set.
Step 3. Place the washed cranberries in a saucepan, add water and sugar, and heat while crushing the mixture. Then blend into a smooth mass and strain through a sieve to remove seeds and skins. This will make the cranberry mousse smooth and delicious.
