Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs,
  • finely chopped chives,
  • 1 tablespoon of butter,
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream,
  • salt and pepper,
  • optional: a few mushrooms, a tomato, an onion.

Preparation:

  1. Crack the eggs onto a flat surface and pour them into a bowl. To avoid shell fragments, avoid cracking the eggs on the rim of the bowl.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and chives to the eggs.
  3. Swiftly stir the mixture with a fork in a clockwise motion.
  4. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.
  5. Pour 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture into a smaller bowl.
  6. Add the larger portion of the egg mixture to the pan and whisk until lightly scrambled.
  7. If the pan becomes too hot, remove it from the burner momentarily.
  8. Finally, incorporate the remaining egg mixture and a tablespoon of sour cream.

Mix and promptly transfer the scrambled eggs to a plate. Enhance the dish with your favorite sides, such as bread, bacon, or grilled mushrooms.
