Ingredients:
- 14 tablespoons of water
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 kiwis
- 1 mango
- 10.5 ounces of raspberries
- 1/4 watermelon
- 14 ounces of blueberries
Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the fruits. Peel and cut the watermelon, kiwis, and mango into smaller pieces. Thoroughly wash and dry the raspberries and blueberries with a kitchen towel.
Step 2: Place a pot of water on the burner and add the sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and keep it on the burner until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 3: Using a blender, separately puree each type of fruit to create colorful mixtures.
Step 4: Pour each mixture into separate bowls and add a few tablespoons of the previously prepared sugar-water mixture.
Step 5: Assemble the cold dessert by placing a cup on the kitchen counter. Add another layer every 2 hours and then put it in the freezer.
Step 6: Place a wooden stick in the cup after pouring the third layer. Secure the stick with a kitchen clip to keep it stable.
Step 7: After each layer is frozen, remove the kitchen clip and pour the subsequent layers until the cup is full. Each time, return the fruit ice cream to the freezer. And that's it, enjoy!
