Many inquiries into the monarch's condition have been met with troubling responses, indicating that "It is not well." Additionally, updates being made to his funeral plans codenamed "Menai Bridge," spark further alarm about his well-being.

"The Daily Beast" cites royal officials who are perturbed by the need to review and update the operation details for the king's funeral plans. This does little to alleviate worries about his health state.
In early February, Buckingham Palace disclosed that the King of Great Britain was diagnosed with cancer, stating that he would undergo appropriate treatment. Given the diagnosis, doctors have recommended the 75-year-old monarch to pause all public duties.
The last event Charles III was seen at publicly was the Easter service.
Speaking to a journalist from "The Daily Beast," an associate of Charles III commented on his current state, "Of course he is determined to beat it and they are throwing everything at it. Everyone is staying optimistic, but he is really very unwell. More than they are letting on."
