Great news for all Potterheads, particularly those who also admire LEGO bricks. The Danish company is gradually unveiling the sets available next year. This year's releases have raised the bar significantly: the collectible edition of The Burrow and the Durmstrang ship are excellent options for fans of the wizarding world and devoted builders seeking distinctive pieces ideal for display.
The preliminary list of next year's releases includes as many as seven items. Among them are constructions that have been available before, like the Knight Bus and the Flying Lesson. However, LEGO also provides something entirely new that's worth anticipating.
LEGO and (un)official announcements: what's new from "Harry Potter"?
Let's explore the announcements of new LEGO sets for 2025.
- LEGO 76441: Hogwarts Castle: Dueling Club - 158 pieces
This set recreates the iconic scene from "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets." It's likely to be part of a modular castle. Minifigures that might be included are Gilderoy Lockhart, Severus Snape, Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter, and Justin Finch-Fletchley.
- LEGO 76442: Hagrid's Motorcycle - 204 pieces
Hagrid's flying motorcycle initially belonged to Sirius Black. In the film, it's seen twice: once when Hagrid brings young Harry to the Dursleys' home and then again in "The Deathly Hallows" during Harry's transfer to a safe haven. This set is particularly suitable for younger children.
- LEGO 76443: Hogwarts Castle: Charms Class - 204 pieces
This set includes the first spell lesson with Professor Flitwick, featuring a memorable line from "Harry Potter" fans: "it's leviOsa, not levioSA!" It's likely to be a module reminiscent of the Potions Class from 2024.
- LEGO 76444: Diagon Alley in Microscale - 2,750 pieces
A full-sized Diagon Alley is already available in stores, along with several individual buildings in more detailed versions, such as Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, the collectible Gringotts Bank, and Ollivander's and Madam Malkin's Shops. The new offering will include all the buildings featured in the films in a miniature form. It looks absolutely adorable and continues the series started by LEGO set 76419 Hogwarts Castle and Grounds.
- LEGO 76446: The Knight Bus - 499 pieces
The new version of this set might add more depth to the already familiar construction. Inside, figures of Harry Potter, driver Ernie Prang, and conductor Stanley Shunpike are likely to be included again.
- LEGO 76447 Hogwarts Castle: Flying Lesson - 651 pieces
This is another castle component, but this time significantly larger. Inside, we will likely find minifigures of Neville Longbottom, Harry Potter, Draco Malfoy, and the rare Madam Hooch.
This LEGO set is debuting: Malfoy Manor looks amazing
LEGO 76453 Malfoy Manor is a real treat. The build will feature 1,601 pieces, sure to keep even experienced builders occupied for quite some time. Malfoy Manor is debuting as a LEGO set and does so with style. It includes lots of details and even more minifigures (including the unique Narcissa Malfoy). Nothing left to do but prepare your wallet!
Please note that the materials are preliminary, and the appearance of the sets has not yet been officially confirmed by LEGO.
