The last time was no different when I made a quick no-bake dessert based on chocolate and coconut. As it turned out, the task was pure pleasure, which even the biggest culinary novice can easily handle. The fail-safe dessert comes out perfectly every time. So, from the very start, success is guaranteed. This dessert works great after a Sunday lunch and as a quick snack in the middle of the week when we suddenly crave something sweet. The chocolate-coconut bowls are also perfect for all kinds of celebrations—birthdays, name days, or anniversaries. Guests will surely be delighted!
The delicious chocolate-coconut dessert is called the Bowl of Happiness for a reason. It is a good thing that you need nothing more to be happy.

Step 1. Start by preparing the rice cakes, which need to be crushed into smaller pieces.
Step 2. Add the shredded coconut, Greek yogurt, and vanilla sugar to the bowl with the crushed cakes.
Step 3. Thoroughly mix the ingredients, then transfer the mixture into colorful ramekins, creating the first layer of the dessert.
Step 4. Next, melt the dark chocolate and spread it directly onto the mixture with the coconut.
