China's support for Russia must end, says Blinken and NATO chief
On Tuesday, Antony Blinken and Jens Stoltenberg held a press conference in Washington. The US Secretary of State declared that China's support for Russia's military-industrial sector "must end."
The head of American diplomacy stated that "Chinese aid has allowed Russia to maintain its military-industrial base, support the war machine, and prolong the war against Ukraine." He emphasized, "This must end."
Stoltenberg, the NATO Secretary General, added that the Alliance is concerned about potential Russian aid to North Korea and support for its nuclear program and missile-building program.

In an interview published Monday evening with BBC, Stoltenberg also assessed that China should be held accountable for supporting Russia in the war against Ukraine. He explained that within NATO, "discussions are ongoing" about possible sanctions against Beijing, considering, for example, economic restrictions.
US President Joe Biden stated during the G7 summit in Italy that although China does not supply Russia with weapons, it does provide technologies for their production.
