Pull-apart bread tastes great even before it has completely cooled down and also when cold, making it perfect for a party table. It disappears in the blink of an eye because everyone wants to grab a piece. The aromatic butter with parsley and roasted garlic is an excellent choice.

Pull-apart bread is a hit at every party, and in its cheesy version, it definitely beats the classic recipe. It's soft, delicate, and very buttery. It's perfect as a snack or for dinner. The secret to the perfect butter is roasted garlic. It becomes creamy and milder in flavor, making it a perfect match with butter and parsley. I don’t know of a better party snack.

Thanks to the cheese that melts during baking, every bite is extremely juicy and aromatic, and the golden, crispy crust provides an excellent contrast to the soft interior. This simple snack never gets old.

Step 3. Place the two heads of garlic on aluminum foil, drizzle them with olive oil, and wrap them up. Put them in an oven preheated to 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes. During baking, the garlic cloves soften, become creamier, and acquire a sweet, caramelized aroma.

Step 4. Prepare the parsley. The leaves can be most easily separated from the thick stem by pulling them through a strainer.

Step 6. Sprinkle the countertop with flour and transfer the risen dough. Roll it out into a large rectangle and spread it with the prepared garlic and parsley butter. Sprinkle the entire surface with grated cheese. Cut into rectangles. It’s easiest to do this with a pizza cutter.

Step 7. Take several pieces, stack them on top of each other, and place them vertically into a loaf pan measuring approximately 4 inches x 12 inches. Repeat the process until the dough is finished. Place in an oven preheated to 340 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.

Step 8. After this time, the bread is ready to be pulled apart, shared, and enjoyed. Bon appétit!
