The award was presented to Adam Kadyrov on October 4 in Grozny during an MMA tournament. The event was broadcast on the Match TV channel.
During the tournament, there was a ceremonial presentation of the certificate from the Russian Book of Records to Adam Kadyrov for setting the record as the youngest head of a security service within a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. Stanislav Konenko also awarded him a medal for promoting the Russian Book of Records, wrote Ramzan Kadyrov on his Telegram channel.
The head of the Chechen government, Magomed Daudov, personally congratulated the 16-year-old and called him a true patriot. The young man reportedly said, "We do not intend to stop; Akhmat is power," according to the "Moscow Times."
As noted by the "Moscow Times" portal, at the end of last year, Adam Kadyrov became the head of his father's security department. In April, Kadyrov Junior became the Vladimir Putin Russian University of Special Forces curator.
Kadyrov's son has already received the title of Hero of the Chechen Republic and was appointed head of the security department of the head of Chechnya. He also received the highest award of the Republic of Tatarstan—the Order "Duslyk."
He has also been honored by Muslim leaders. He was involved in an incident where he beat a man for burning the Quran. His father, Ramzan, allegedly encouraged this action by the 16-year-old. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov refused to comment on the recording.
Ramzan Kadyrov is known for his close cooperation with the Kremlin. He supports the war in Ukraine, and his troops are fighting on the front lines. However, at the end of last year, he criticized Putin, claiming that if he were in command, the Ukrainian capital would have long been captured.
