Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 3.5 oz (approx. 1/2 cup) of wheat flour,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa,
  • 2.8 oz (approx. 1/3 cup) of sugar,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1.35 fl oz (approx. 2.5 tablespoons) of water,
  • 1.35 fl oz (approx. 2.5 tablespoons) of vegetable oil,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • red food coloring.

For the heart filling:

  • 5.3 oz (approx. 2/3 cup) of mascarpone cheese,
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

For the glaze:

  • 7 oz (approx. 1 cup) of melted white chocolate,
  • pink food coloring.

Procedure:

Step 1. Begin by preparing the dough. Combine the flour, egg, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, oil, and water. Add food coloring to give the dough a vibrant, red color.

Step 2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a kitchen whisk. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and microwave for 4 minutes.
