Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 3.5 oz (approx. 1/2 cup) of wheat flour,
- 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa,
- 2.8 oz (approx. 1/3 cup) of sugar,
- 1 egg,
- 1.35 fl oz (approx. 2.5 tablespoons) of water,
- 1.35 fl oz (approx. 2.5 tablespoons) of vegetable oil,
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
- red food coloring.
For the heart filling:
- 5.3 oz (approx. 2/3 cup) of mascarpone cheese,
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
For the glaze:
- 7 oz (approx. 1 cup) of melted white chocolate,
- pink food coloring.
Procedure:
Step 1. Begin by preparing the dough. Combine the flour, egg, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, oil, and water. Add food coloring to give the dough a vibrant, red color.
Step 2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly using a kitchen whisk. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and microwave for 4 minutes.
Step 3. After baking, crumble the dough into smaller pieces using a tablespoon. Add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
Step 4. Divide the mixture into smaller portions. Mold each of these pieces into the shape of a heart.
Step 5. Next, thrust a wooden stick into the ready-made hearts and dip them in the glaze. I've put together two options for the glaze—plain white chocolate and pink-colored white chocolate.
Step 6. Refrigerate the desserts for 3 hours. After that, all that's left to do is to enjoy them. Bon appétit!
