The federal trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs, who faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and solicitation of prostitution, is underway in the Southern District of New York’s Manhattan courthouse. During a recent session, an unidentified woman disrupted the proceedings by shouting "Diddy" along with vulgar remarks, leading Judge Arun Subramanian to order her immediate removal from the courtroom.

During the outburst, the woman accused attendees of "laughing at the legacy of a Black man" and directed provocative remarks at Combs. Despite the scene, the artist remained composed and seated. The disruption briefly delayed testimony from Eddy Garcia, a former security staffer at the InterContinental hotel in Los Angeles.

Sean "Diddy" Combs, founder of Bad Boy Records, has pleaded not guilty to all charges. The trial has drawn significant media attention, fueled by high-profile testimonies from figures like Casandra "Cassie" Ventura and Kid Cudi, as well as the gravity of the sexual assault allegations.

Sean "P. Diddy" Combs faces a range of serious federal charges, including sex trafficking, organized crime, and transporting individuals for prostitution. He was arrested on September 16, 2024, in New York and has remained in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn ever since.

The court has denied him bail three times, considering him a threat to the community and fearing he may influence witnesses.
