Cauliflower in batter à la nuggets: a delicious snack idea

Cauliflower is incredibly versatile. You can turn it into a pizza crust, make delicious bread, create a hearty salad, or simply sauté it with butter. If you're looking for a quick cauliflower recipe, be sure to try vegetable nuggets.

Cauliflower nuggets can successfully replace traditional meat nuggets. They'll clear their plates before the kids even realize they've been slightly tricked. Another advantage of these nuggets is that they're not drenched in oil; they're crispy and juicy, even after baking in the oven.
