David and Jacinta have been married for 25 years and have four children together. Unfortunately, their relationship was undermined by infidelity, as it was David’s wife who cheated.

The story was reported by welt.de, which revealed that David became worried due to the lack of contact with his wife. He decided to search for her and eventually found her in a parked car. David discovered Jacinta in an intimate situation with his brother, Jamie.

David was shocked not only by the cheating but also by the fact that his mother was in the front seat.

The Australian flew into a rage. "I'll kill you all"

Upon discovering the betrayal and his mother’s presence, David was consumed with rage. He punched his brother and wife, grabbed a shovel, and began swinging it, shouting, "I'll kill you all."

His mother attempted to intervene but was pushed aside. In his fury, David broke the shovel by hitting the car and then attacked his wife with the wooden handle.

Witnesses called the police, and David was arrested. Meanwhile, Jamie and Jacinta were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

During the trial, Judge Tamara Jago expressed partial understanding for David, describing his discovery as "horrifying" and a "deep disappointment." However, she emphasized that even though his reaction was emotional, it was inappropriate.

What you discovered was traumatic, but it does not justify your behavior, she added.

David pleaded guilty to assault and possessing a weapon and marijuana. He was sentenced to three years in prison.
