When MTV was the leading entertainment channel, it aired a program titled "I Want a Famous Face." In one of the episodes, the Schlepp brothers, aspiring to transform into Brad Pitt, were featured. They underwent several plastic surgeries to mimic the appearance of the renowned actor.

In celebrity culture, Brad Pitt is considered an icon of male beauty, making him a natural choice for the Schlepp brothers' transformation. "The Sun" reports that the men invested about 15,000 pounds (approximately $20,000), covering the expenses themselves, as confirmed by MTV.

The brothers opted for cheek and chin implants, nose jobs, dental treatments, and a new hairstyle. These procedures were far from painless and required a lengthy recovery period during which the brothers could only consume pureed food. Despite the pain, they were very pleased with the outcome of their transformation.

Mike and Matt believe that altering their appearance has boosted their self-esteem and attracted more attention from women. They have spoken highly of their decision in interviews.

At the time, the Schlepp brothers were optimistic about their potential careers in Hollywood, thinking their dramatic transformation might open many doors. However, they also faced significant criticism for their decision.
