There has been ongoing speculation about Britney Spears in light of numerous scandals. Foreign media report that the pop princess's mental state is deteriorating, which is attributed to her addiction.

This situation is allegedly connected to the end of her conservatorship in 2021. The artist’s mobile devices are no longer monitored, which, according to a TMZ source, means she has regained free access to dealers. The situation is said to be spiraling out of control.

Is Britney Spears struggling with addiction?

TMZ reached out to people in Britney Spears’ circle who are concerned about her mental state. Reportedly, she has not only stopped taking her medications regularly but has also turned to alcohol and drugs, putting her in significant danger.

She often is not taking the meds that stabilize her, and she is drinking and using various drugs which is especially dangerous, because she has substance abuse problems that sent her to rehab multiple times - TMZ reports, citing people close to Britney Spears.

Moreover, the pop princess is said to experience major mood swings, sometimes escalating to physical altercations.

Britney has radical mood swings and often goes into rages that end in physical violence. There are times we're told it's impossible to communicate with her because she can't engage in rational conversation - it reads.
