British Ministry alarms. Ammunition from North Korea has reached warehouses in western Russia

Despite Russia's official denial of recent reports, it's almost certain that North Korean ammunition has reached weapon depots in western Russia. It's already being used to support military operations in Ukraine - according to the British Ministry of Defense.

In the daily intelligence update, it was indicated that if North Korea maintains the scale and pace of recent military deliveries (over 1,000 containers in a few weeks), it will become one of the most important foreign arms suppliers to Russia, alongside Iran and Belarus. From the latest findings of RUSI, prepared based on satellite images, it turns out that the scale of the entire operation may be even larger, which does not bode well for Ukraine.

It was added that it is currently unclear what Russia has agreed to provide North Korea in exchange. It is unlikely that a full package has been finalized. It is possible that this was one of the main topics of discussion during recent high-level Russian visits to North Korea.

"It's likely to be a mix of financial compensation, other economic support, provision of military technologies, and cooperation in other advanced technology areas, such as those related to space" - was written in the intelligence update.

From earlier information coming from Ukraine and suggestions from British intelligence, it appears that cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang largely focuses on 152 mm and 122 mm caliber missiles.

These last ones are most needed by Putin's army, as they are used in widely deployed artillery systems, including the BM-21 "Grad", which are systematically sent to the front line.
