Breakfast should give you energy and keep you full, ideally until lunch. It should also taste good—there's no denying that eating what we enjoy improves our mood and gives a positive start to the day. So, if you're unsure of what to prepare for breakfast, go for the classic, simple, and quick sandwich spread.

Simple sandwich spread: A hit that never goes out of style

It's easy to get excited about a new, almost revolutionary recipe, but when time is short or you're missing an ingredient, your carefully planned breakfast can fall apart. That's why, in today's fast-paced world, it's worth relying on fail-proof solutions like the egg spread.

The egg spread is extremely simple and quick to make, and its taste is exceptional. You probably have all the necessary ingredients in your kitchen, so there's no need for extra shopping. Just a bit of effort, and your breakfast is ready. Of course, mayonnaise is not an obligatory ingredient. If you don't use such products for health or other reasons, opt for yogurt or a mixture of yogurt and cottage cheese instead.
