Preparation and Consumption Procedure:

Firstly, peel the garlic, press it, and transfer it to a small glass container. Following this, add the vinegar, sprinkle in a teaspoon of ground chili and pour a glass of cold boiled water. Leave the mixture to rest for two days in a dark place. After this period, strain the mixture using gauze and a sieve with small holes, then transfer it to a bottle. For prevention purposes, take one teaspoon of the syrup during the day, or for fighting a cold or flu, consume 3 teaspoons a day.

The Remarkable Benefits of Combining Garlic and Chili

Garlic, one of the main ingredients in this syrup, is renowned as a potent natural antibiotic. It contains, among other things, vitamin C, B-group vitamins, beta-carotene, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chromium, nickel, cobalt, flavonoid compounds, and amino acids. Furthermore, garlic holds a potent antioxidant called allicin, activated once a garlic clove is crushed or chopped. Thanks to the collaboration of all these valuable components, garlic enhances immune functions, reduces cancer risk, alleviates symptoms of infections, and lowers high cholesterol levels, effectively guarding against atherosclerosis.

The chili pepper, also part of this homemade remedy, promotes proper cardiovascular function. It aids weight loss, protects against acidity in the digestive tract, and can help ease diarrhea and digestive issues. The most precious ingredient in chili peppers is capsaicin. This substance exhibits potent anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties.
