Ingredients:
10 cloves of garlic,
1 teaspoon of chili,
1.5 tablespoons of lemon wine vinegar,

Firstly, peel the garlic, press it, and transfer it to a small glass container. Following this, add the vinegar, sprinkle in a teaspoon of ground chili and pour a glass of cold boiled water.
