Blake Lively drama: Explosive set feud with Justin Baldoni unveiled
The buzz around what happened on the set of "It Ends with Us" hasn't died down yet. Blake Lively was reportedly creating a tense atmosphere and stressing out her co-stars.
Recently, there has been a lot of commotion around Blake Lively. It’s all because of what happened on the set of her new film. The actress reportedly had a falling out with the director of "It Ends with Us," who was also her on-screen partner. Additionally, old interviews featuring Blake are being revisited, during which the star behaved, to put it mildly, not very politely.
Were people on the set of "It Ends with Us" afraid of Blake Lively?
Currently, more details are emerging about the conflict between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. According to the "Daily Mail," Ryan Reynolds' wife brought a particularly tense atmosphere to the set.
[She] wasn't mean - she was just so effortlessly rude, a tabloid source reported, adding that while there were no physical fights or major disputes, people involved in the production felt uneasy around Lively.
There was a 'palpable sense that everyone was a little bit afraid of Blake'.
The tabloid informant also suggests that the star was often late and didn’t seem the least bit embarrassed about it. However, the situation evidently irritated Baldoni.
I got this impression from Justin that he was just really, really stressed and fatigued about this constant inability to control the project he was making… so much so that when you’d ask him questions, he'd be like, "Well just ask Blake"… because when Blake got there she would have a lot of really strong thoughts and feelings - they recall.
A person close to the actors also mentioned that one time the star of "Gossip Girl" brought her children to the set, who set up a stand to raise money for "sick kids and horses." It was the first day back after a break due to the writers' strike.
There's nothing bad about having your kids be a part of your workplace, or having your kids be interested in activism… but it's hard not to have it feel insulting and performative, they point out.
The informant reveals how Justin Baldoni behaved on set
On the other hand, the source indicates that Justin was also not the easiest person to work with.
Justin is very similar to her [Lively] in that he needs to be the smartest person in the room, we learn.
The informant then calls Baldoni "a performative feminist."
Both her and Justin are extraordinarily similar insofar that they're just very special little snowflakes with a shocking amount of privilege and a shockingly little amount of self-awareness. From what I watched, [the film feels like] two rich, entitled people who have NO experience with abuse and cosplaying what they imagine abuse could be like for hot people, they conclude, referring to the issues addressed in the melodrama.
We remind you that Blake, alongside promoting the movie, is advertising her hair care products. Unfortunately, the reviews are not great.
