As reported by the Associated Press, President Joe Biden called President-elect Donald Trump to congratulate him on his election victory.

Biden intends to issue a statement regarding the presidential election results. Previously, he also spoke with Democratic candidate Kamala Harris and congratulated her on her campaign.
Trump returns to the White House
The counting of votes in the presidential election is still ongoing. However, it is already known that Donald Trump has secured the 270 electoral votes required for victory. Thus, he defeated Kamala Harris and will once again become the host of the White House.
Trump was previously president when he unexpectedly defeated Hillary Clinton in 2016. In 2020, he failed to secure reelection, losing to Joe Biden. Trump and his supporters claimed that the elections were rigged, leading to numerous riots and the notable "storming of the Capitol" by Republican voters.
In these elections, Trump also suggested that there would be fraud. However, he stopped making accusations after achieving victory.
