Berlusconi's heirs sell former PM's solidarity Villa in Lampedusa for 3 million euros
Reports indicate that the villa, known as Two Palms and boasting an area of more than 2691 square feet plus an extensive garden, was sold for 3 million euros.
In early February, the famous Berlusconi property in Sardinia, Villa Certosa in Porto Rotondo, located on the Emerald Coast, was reportedly put up for sale for half a billion euros.
The mansion with 126 rooms and a private volcano
This residence hosted numerous friends and politicians. It features an area of over 247 acres and includes a mansion with 126 rooms, five swimming pools, and sports fields. Its unique attraction is an artificial volcano.
Thirteen years ago, during the height of the so-called Arab Spring—a period marked by social protests and armed conflicts in Arab countries—Berlusconi spent about 1.5 million euros on a villa on the Italian island, which was then steeped in crisis due to a massive influx of immigrants.
During his visit to Lampedusa, Silvio Berlusconi announced, "I found a house on Cala Francese beach on the internet and bought it."
He even joked, saying, "I will also be a resident of Lampedusa." However, the politician and media mogul never actually lived there.
Following the death of the former Prime Minister of Italy, his children sold this property as the first estate from his assets.
