According to the Interia portal, the 40-year-old medical professional has been charged with four more crimes. The main motive was reportedly identified as the "desire to commit a crime." He is allegedly responsible for the deaths of two women, aged 70 and 61, and two men, aged 70 and 83. These individuals died as a result of the doctor administering a "mixture of various medications".

As reported by "Bild" and cited by Interia, palliative medicine specialist Johannes M. cared for dozens of seniors. He recently worked at an oncology center in Berlin-Tempelhof, a hospice in Neukoelln, and in palliative care in the Kreuzberg district.

He also worked in medical clinics in Berlin and in the states of North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse.

In his doctoral work, the suspect scientifically examined the issues of murders, including the number of unreported or undetected patient murders.
