Panic in Russia. Local services are looking for a 29-year-old man named Alexey. The man from Chuvashia participated in a shooting at a military facility in the Belgorod region, which took place on the evening of July 11. According to rzn.info, citing sources on a Telegram channel, he is the main suspect in the use of the weapon. As a result of the shooting, two people were killed, and one was injured.

Shooting in Belgorod. Did the perpetrator escape to Ukraine?

Initially, it was assumed that the shooter took a Kalashnikov machine gun and 70 rounds of ammunition with him, but the weapon was likely found near the scene. At this point, the reason for the attack is unknown. It is suspected that it might have been personal disputes.

The search for the man continues in the Belgorod region. An alarm has been announced. Services are doing everything to capture the bandit. However, this will not be easy, as 29-year-old Alexey may have crossed into Ukrainian territory, where Russian capabilities are significantly limited due to the ongoing war. At least, this is one version of events.

Shootings in Russia are a common phenomenon. It is difficult for it to be otherwise when citizens are raised on a cult of strength and aggression. Many journalists, reporters, and experts who know Russia well believe that one should not measure the citizens of this country by the same standards as people from the Western world, as their moral backbone is constructed from entirely different elements.
