The home team's defender Uros Spajić raised his leg high while fighting for the ball, but instead of hitting it, struck the face of the 17-year-old Blaugrana defender, Pau Cubarsi. The young player was injured, covered in blood, and had to leave the field.

Everything is okay with Pau Cubarsi. He has ten stitches on his face, - said coach Hansi Flick in a post-match interview.

Everything looked very dangerous, but the Spaniard should recover quickly.

Robert Lewandowski scored two of FC Barcelona's five goals in the match, marking his 98th and 99th goals in the Champions League. After the match, the coach of the Pride of Catalonia praised the Pole's involvement in the game during a conversation with sport.es, explaining why he decided to substitute him.
