Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Streusel topping
Icing:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
Step 1: Peel the bananas, place them in a bowl, and mash with a fork. Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, peanut butter, and vegetable oil, then mix.
