Ingredients:

                              
  • 4 chicken thighs,
  • Canola oil,
  • 10 cloves of garlic,
  • 1.5 cups of milk,
  • Butter,
  • Parsley leaves,
  • Salt and pepper.

  1. Start by cleaning the chicken, but remember not to wash it – you know the reasons. Season the meat with salt and pepper, and then fry it in hot oil until browned on all sides.
  2. Transfer the chicken thighs to an ovenproof dish.
  3. Press all the garlic cloves through a press and fry in butter until they turn golden. Add the milk and bring it to a boil. Once ready, pour all the liquid over the chicken.
  4. Place the dish into an oven preheated to 392 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 35 minutes. While baking, chop the parsley leaves.
  5. After 35 minutes, sprinkle the chicken with the chopped parsley, add another spoonful of butter and season again with salt and pepper. Continue baking for a few more minutes. After that, turn off the oven. Extract the chicken from the oven, serve it with your dish of choice, and enjoy your meal!
