Ingredients:
Version 1:
- 1 egg,
- 1 bagel,
- 1.5 oz avocado spread,
- 2 slices of ham,
- 1 handful of lamb's lettuce,
- 2 slices of tomato,
Version 2:
- 1 egg,
- 1 bagel,
- 1.5 oz cream cheese,
- 0.7 oz smoked salmon,
- 0.35 oz red onion,
- half a teaspoon of lemon juice
Version 3:
- 1.5 oz sliced bacon,
- 1 egg,
- 1 bagel,
- 1 teaspoon ketchup,
- 1 leaf of lettuce,
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
Preparation method:
Bagel with Ham: Heat fat in a pan. Pour in the egg white and place half a bagel on it. Put the other half next to it, placing the yolk in the hole. Remove from the pan when the white sets.
Season the white base with salt and pepper and spread with mashed avocado. Add ham, arugula, and tomato, then top with the bun with the yolk.
Bagel with Salmon: Spread cream cheese on the bottom of the bagel. Add arugula, smoked salmon, and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the red onion. Pour in the egg white, place the top part of the bagel, and put the yolk in the hole. When the egg is ready, assemble the sandwich.
Bagel with Bacon: Fry the bacon slices in a pan until they are crispy. Prepare the bun as in the salmon version—fry the top part with the egg white and yolk in the hole. Spread ketchup on the bottom part, add lettuce, cheddar, bacon, and cover with the other half. Enjoy!
