Ubisoft is treating players to free access to the last of the "old Assassin" games, Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Snagging this title is easy, no hefty effort is required to add the game to one's library.

Free games are always a hit among gamers. But when it's an Assassin's Creed game being offered for free, gamers know they're in for a guaranteed good experience. Thanks to a special promotion by Ubisoft, anyone can now enjoy the last installment of the series in its vintage format, absolutely free. This offer applies to PC users only whereby they get free access to Assassin's Creed Syndicate – the ninth chapter in the main series about the Assassins.

To capitalize on this offer, there aren't many conditions to fulfill. The most crucial one is having a Ubisoft Connect account. Once you have logged into your account, you just need to navigate to the relevant platform locale and affiliate the game to your account. For your convenience, Ubisoft has provided a direct link where you can download a free copy of Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

Take note, this free download offer for Assassin's Creed Syndicate is time-sensitive. The game will be available for free download to all Ubisoft Connect users until 8:00 AM Eastern Time on December 6, 2023.

This free download offer provides a perfect opportunity to dive back into the "old" games in the Assassin's Creed series. Ubisoft attempted to revisits the series' roots with the creation of Assassin's Creed Mirage this year. Contrasting the open-world gaming style of AC Origins, AC Odyssey, and AC Valhalla, this new title leaned more towards stealth over open combat, deviating from established RPG game systems. However, it was not well-received - both by players and game reviewers who all agreed that it was not the return to form they were hoping for.
