It started with a pre-wedding party in March, attended by 1,200 guests. Rihanna was also there, reportedly earning 136 million for a ninety-minute performance, along with performances by Akon.

Later, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant invited 800 people on a Mediterranean cruise, where more live concerts occurred. This time, they were serenaded by Katy Perry, Backstreet Boys, and Pitbull. The entire event was said to cost $123 million. Last week, the pre-wedding reception featured a performance by Justin Bieber, which cost $9 million.

The wedding invitations for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant were said to cost $7,800 each. Around 1,000 of them were sent out. Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a breathtaking sight, as they were welcomed by 20 million flowers and a tiger sculpture, all prepared by a team of 500 florists. All guests were immediately treated to glasses of the world's finest champagne, about 30,000 bottles in total. Additionally, they could indulge in 2,500 different dishes prepared by 500 chefs.
