A moment of inattention or a bit of forgetfulness, and the grill looks like it has been through a lot. Instead of throwing up your hands and crying over spilled milk, try a simple trick. Thanks to this, the appliance will look like new.

Cheese seeps out here, too much waffle batter overflows there, and a disaster is ready. Cleaning the device may seem daunting, but with a simple trick, it will go smoothly. The grill will look new, and you will save yourself the stress of extended scrubbing and scraping, which can damage the surface.

How do you clean a grill?

The grill is a small but indispensable appliance in the kitchen that allows you to prepare a delicious breakfast quickly. However, it has a slight drawback - cleaning it is not the most straightforward and pleasant task. You know the scenario: you eat delicious toast, and leftover cheese and grease remain in the grill, drying out over time and creating an unpleasant, hard-to-remove crust. Leftover food is also a breeding ground for many microorganisms, so it's essential to keep it clean. Fortunately, there is a simple and effective way to eliminate these stains.

Of course, the easiest way to maintain cleanliness is to wipe the grill plates with a damp sponge or cloth after each use. Use preventive methods, such as lining it with parchment paper beforehand. Sometimes, however, you can't prevent the mess and must deal with it later. Potato starch comes to the rescue, then.
