Amanda Bynes made her debut on Nickelodeon at just 10 years old. Three years later, she got her own show (aired in Poland under the title "Amanda's Show"), where she performed comedy sketches. She quickly became America's child darling.

The next stage in Amanda's career consisted of teen comedies. Bynes had roles in productions that many people still remember fondly today, such as “Easy A,” “She's the Man,” and “Sydney White.” Over time, however, the media focused more on her personal problems than on her professional projects.

The downfall of Amanda Bynes' career

Around 2013, Bynes began attacking industry acquaintances on Twitter. During this period, increasingly disturbing photos of her were taken by paparazzi. Amanda was often depicted intoxicated, frequently wearing wigs or unusual clothing items.

It later became apparent that the former teen idol was suffering from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Her addiction to alcohol and drugs further complicated her daily life. Her “downfall” was allegedly exacerbated by the scandalous working conditions at Nickelodeon. The documentary "Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV" revealed that producers allegedly engaged in various abuses.

Bynes has not returned to acting. Currently, she is focusing on getting her life back on track. From time to time, she shares updates online. For instance, it is known that she wants to swap performing in front of the camera for professional nail styling.

Paparazzi occasionally photograph her on the streets of L.A. Recently, Amanda was seen wearing a new hairstyle. She changed her bleached blonde hair to long black locks. The star's condition has seemed stable for some time, and the worst appears behind her.
