Alien mummies from Peru spark debate and international intrigue

Recently, the scientific community has once again been intrigued by the topic of alleged "aliens" from Peru, sparking both curiosity and controversy. This centers around discovering and examining mysterious mummified bodies purported to be of extraterrestrial origin. The issue gained notoriety following the release of a video featuring scientists at work.

In the video circulated by media outlets, Dr. José Zalce Benitez, a forensic doctor with the Mexican Navy, demonstrated the process of uncovering a metal implant located beneath the skin of the "alien" mummy.

Along with journalist Fernando Correa Dominguez, the scientists reportedly conducted autopsies on several small, mummified bodies said to have been found by grave robbers in Peru. These findings, referred to as Nazca Tridactyls (named after the Nazca region from which they originate), have become the subject of widespread discussion in both media and scientific circles.

In one of the more disturbing moments of the video, Dr. Zalce demonstrated extracting a thin metal plate from a hand measuring just three inches. According to the scientist, this implant comprises an advanced metal alloy, which would require specific technical knowledge to create.

- It is a very complex metal alloy that requires special knowledge and techniques to be able to achieve it with such quality and purity – said Dr. Zalce to MailOnline.

He also reported that the alloy's composition includes aluminum, tin, silver, copper, cadmium, and osmium.

Opinions of skeptical experts and international disarray

Not everyone shares the enthusiasm about this discovery. Dr. Flavio Estrada, a forensic archaeologist at the Peruvian Institute of Forensic Medicine and Criminal Sciences, strongly denies any extraterrestrial origins for the mummies. He sharply criticizes these findings, claiming they are "made from animal bones from this planet, using modern synthetic adhesives." His opinion is supported by many experts who approach the entire matter with skepticism.

The case of the alleged "alien" mummies caused international disarray earlier when, last year, Peruvian authorities detained two such specimens at the airport in Lima. A mummy with three fingers on each hand, doll-sized, was supposed to be shipped via the courier company DHL. This discovery and subsequent revelations about these mysterious figures have encountered harsh criticism from scientists.

Presentation in the Mexican Congress

Two similar mummies were even presented during a hearing in the Mexican Congress in September of last year. Journalist Jaime Maussan claimed that these mummies are about 1,000 years old and were found in Peru in 2017. Researchers quickly dismissed his assertions, who suggested these "beings" were created from a combination of mummified human remains and animal bones.

They are not extraterrestrials, they are not intraterrestrials, they are not a new species, they are not hybrids, they are none of those things that this group of pseudo-scientists who for six years have been presenting with these elements – stated one expert.

UFO specialist also skeptical

Nigel Watson, a UFO specialist, also expressed doubts about these alleged findings. In an interview with MailOnline, he noted that mummies typically have a more "leatherish" appearance, which does not match these discoveries. He suggested that they might merely be "a plaster cast over a bone structure with three fingers attached to the hands."

Searching for the truth or a desire for sensation?

While the topic of the alleged Peruvian mummies is gaining significant interest and provoking numerous discussions, most experts agree that it is more a result of speculation, profit motives, and a desire for sensation, rather than evidence of extraterrestrial life.
