There are unsettling reports from Crimea regarding an alleged missile threat. Recordings have surfaced in which an alarm signal can be distinctly heard.

RBC Ukraine Radio announced the closing of the Crimean Bridge. This bridge links the Russian-occupied Crimean Peninsula to the Taman Peninsula across the Kerch Strait.

The reported missile threat appears to be the reason for the closure. A recording, suggestive of an ongoing alarm, surfaced on the Telegram messaging app.

Ukrainian journalist, Andrij Caplijenko, also reported "explosions" within Crimea.

Shelling in Donetsk region result in casualties

Two individual fatalities occurred over the past day in the Donetsk region of eastern Ukraine due to suspected Russian shelling. This was reported on Sunday by Ihor Moroz, the acting head of the regional administration, via a statement on Telegram.

According to Moroz, the victims were inhabitants of the village of Voskresenka. No additional details about the shelling have been provided by the official.
