Ingredients:
- 7 oz of butter,
- 1 cup of powdered sugar,
- 6 eggs separated into yolks and whites,
- 2.2 lbs of ground cheese,
- 2/3 cup of 30% cream,
- 1.8 oz of vanilla pudding.
Optional toppings:
- Fudge for decoration,
- Cranberries for decoration,
- Almond flakes for decoration.
Instructions:
Step 1. Start by blending butter and powdered sugar with a mixer.
Step 2. Then, I separate the egg yolks from the whites. Keep the whites aside, and gradually add the yolks to the butter and sugar concoction — one yolk at a time, every 1-2 minutes.
Step 3. The ground cheese is the next ingredient to add, again in small amounts. Now add the cream and vanilla pudding.
Once all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, set the bowl aside and proceed to the subsequent step.
Step 4. In a separate, clean bowl, whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Then, gently fold them into the cheese mixture, stirring lightly with a wooden spoon. Avoid being too vigorous here to prevent damaging the beaten egg whites' structure.
Step 5. Transfer the mixture to your baking pan and bake the cheesecake at 338 degrees Fahrenheit for 60 minutes.
Step 6. Garnish the cooled cheesecake with fudge, almond flakes, and cranberries. And voilà, enjoy your delicious cheesecake!
