A tragic incident occurred on Tuesday, June 18, when a plane landed at Dublin Airport. A 60-year-old woman, returning from a vacation in Spain, tragically died. The passenger traveled on a Ryanair plane with her son, daughter, and a friend.

Local media reported on the dramatic event on Tuesday, June 18. A 60-year-old woman died at Dublin Airport. According to limerickleader.ie, the woman was returning from Málaga, Spain, where she had been vacationing with her loved ones.

The Irish police reported receiving a call about a "sudden medical emergency" on board the plane.

Gardai and emergency services were alerted to a medical emergency onboard a flight which landed at Dublin Airport, on Tuesday night, 18th June 2024. A female in her 60s was pronounced deceased a short time after landing, the Irish police spokesperson informed, as quoted by mirror.co.uk.

Death of a plane passenger

The woman's body was transported to the mortuary at Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown. She most likely died of natural causes. Authorities do not suspect any foul play.

Mirror.co.uk recalls that just a few days ago, a similar incident occurred - an 8-year-old girl from Missouri, USA, died while traveling to Chicago.

The SkyWest Airlines plane made an emergency landing, but the child's life could not be saved. According to the coroner's office, the girl upon "landing in Peoria, she was not breathing and had no pulse."
