The passing of the 15-year-old has triggered widespread sorrow in the United States. Audrina Patridge, her well-known celebrity aunt, took to social media to bid her niece farewell. Up until now, the circumstances surrounding her death were unclear. However, TMZ has now divulged the investigator's shocking findings.

The Mysterious Death of a 15-Year-Old

The grief of parents who suddenly discover their child has passed away is unimaginable. In February 2023, the sister of Audrina Patridge found herself in this very situation. Through a heartfelt post on Instagram, she announced the death of her teenage daughter.

"Sadie Raine Loza has left this earth for heaven. Writing this was the hardest thing I've ever had to do" - she wrote at the time.

It soon transpired that the young girl was the niece of Audrina Patridge. The star sought to put an end to any speculation and officially confirmed Sadie's death on her social media platforms. The news visibly distressed the star of "The Hills".

"(…) I know that this is not a goodbye forever, but for now, saying goodbye is too hard. We will miss you and cherish every moment we spent with you. Rest in peace Say Say! We love you forever!" - wrote Patridge on Instagram.

The Cause of The 15-Year-Old's Death

At the time, neither the girl's family nor investigators disclosed the cause of death. Nonetheless, the authorities carried out intense investigations over the months. TMZ has now obtained this information.

Reports suggest that the teenager died due to a Percocet overdose. Percocet is a drug containing acetaminophen and oxycodone, which in this case, was also laced with fentanyl.

Website sources also suggest that the 15-year-old may have procured the drugs through the Snapchat app.
