Russian aerial terror plans exposed: Global airline threat revealed

- Russia planned air terror, not only against Poland but also against airlines worldwide, as revealed by Donald Tusk. The Polish Prime Minister spoke at a joint conference with the President of Ukraine.

The President of Ukraine is visiting Poland. Volodymyr Zelensky met with Donald Tusk, and the two leaders held a joint press conference following their meeting.

The Polish Prime Minister emphasized the importance of working together for the security of not only Ukraine and Poland but the entire region. He mentioned that he has been involved in discussions concerning, among other things, the security of the Baltic Sea. "It's about joint actions against Russian agents and Russian sabotage," he explained.

"Russia was planning acts of air terror, not only against Poland, but against airlines around the world," Tusk revealed.

The Polish Prime Minister also stressed that the world now faces new geopolitical challenges. In his view, this is partly due to the change in leadership in the United States, among other factors. He also referenced the difficult situation on the front in Ukraine.

"All of this requires us to work diligently and in solidarity with our Ukrainian friends on these challenges. We will remain in constant contact," Tusk assured.

"The New York Times" reported that Joe Biden and American intelligence had warned Vladimir Putin about the consequences of the sabotage plans by Russians using explosive devices on airplanes on transatlantic routes.

According to the newspaper, Russian services planned to place self-igniting courier packages on airplanes flying to the USA and Canada. The U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, emphasized that "the risk of catastrophic error was clear." American intelligence discovered that the Russians tested this method over the summer, when fires occurred in hangars in Germany, the United Kingdom, and Poland.
